Subtract .015% for each hour of drinking. One drink is 1oz. of 80 proof liquor at 40%, 12oz. of beer at 4.5%, or 4oz. of wine at 12%.This BAC chart is only a guide and is NOT sufficiently accurate to be considered legal evidence.
